This is Masoun Loubnan, a passionate business blogger from London, aiming to educate my readers through the different facets of the corporate world, from cutting-edge trends and strategic insights to practical entrepreneurship tips. Born and brought up in Egypt, my life has been a thrilling journey through the corridors of opportunity, where each challenge has been an invitation to innovate, learn, and ultimately, redefine success. Luckily, my parents were also a part of the business landscape, instilling in me a fascination with business strategy from a young age. Since then, I’ve continued following my passion, including pursuing a management degree in a reputed college in London. With professors and peers from across the globe, I was exposed to diverse perspectives on business operations. After completing my Master’s, I landed a job with a renowned multinational in London itself.
Over a decade of hard work, I progressed to managing a 50+ team spanning manufacturing, supply chain and sales. While rewarding, the relentless pace took its toll and fuelled my craving for greater work-life harmony. When the pandemic hit and lockdowns brought rare breathing room for reflection, I realised how much personal fulfilment I derived from mentoring colleagues on professional development and management best practices. Hence, I left my senior corporate role to focus full-time on transforming my decades of hard-won experience into business strategy commentary. Launching this blog has given me an opportunity to advise professionals and help them understand the various nooks and crooks of business management.
